1. Who we are

Day 367 is developed and published by Echo Works. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

2. Information stored by the game

Day 367 may store local game information needed to provide and continue your experience. This can include:

• story progress and current chapter;
• choices you make during the narrative;
• game-state and ending-related progress;
• settings and accessibility/readability preferences; and
• other local information required to resume the game.

This information is used to run the game and preserve your progress. Day 367 does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, DigiD credentials, bank details or an Echo Works account.

3. Where your game data is stored

Day 367 stores its normal gameplay data locally on your Android device. Your story choices and save progress are not transmitted to an Echo Works server for normal gameplay.

Device-level backup or restore behaviour may be provided by Android, Google or your device manufacturer depending on your own device and account settings. Those services are controlled by their respective providers.

4. Internet connection

Day 367 is designed to be playable offline and does not require an internet connection for its core story experience.

Internet access may still be used outside the game by the platform or store through which you obtained it, for example for downloading, installing, updating, licensing or purchase-related services.

5. Google Play

Day 367 may be distributed through Google Play. Google may process information relating to downloads, purchases, installations, device services, licensing, app performance or store operation under Google's own terms and privacy policies.

When you purchase Day 367 through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google. Echo Works does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details from Google Play.

6. Analytics, advertising and profiling

Day 367 does not use your story decisions to build an advertising profile, and Echo Works does not sell your gameplay data.

The current game experience is not funded by in-game advertising. Platform-level store or diagnostic services operated by Google are governed by Google's own privacy practices.

7. Data sharing

Echo Works does not share your local story choices or save data with advertisers or data brokers. If you voluntarily contact Echo Works for support and send information such as screenshots, device details or crash information, that information will be used only as needed to respond to your request and investigate the issue.

8. Data retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until it is replaced, reset, cleared through Android's app controls, or removed when the app is uninstalled, subject to any device-level backup or restore services you have enabled.

Because Echo Works does not maintain a Day 367 online account for normal gameplay, there is no separate Echo Works cloud account record containing your story progress to delete.

9. Children's privacy

Day 367 is a narrative game intended for the general audience reflected by the age rating shown on the store where it is distributed. The game does not require children or adults to create an Echo Works account or provide personal contact information for normal gameplay.

10. Security

Keeping gameplay data local reduces the amount of game information transmitted to Echo Works. The security of locally stored data also depends on the security of your device, so we recommend using the screen-lock and security features provided by Android.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy if Day 367 changes, especially if a future version introduces online features, accounts, analytics, cloud saves or other functionality that changes how information is handled. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
